Artist's Description

This piece is based on the following verse:

"You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore."
Psalm 16:11

This painting is called "The Way Home." There is no certainty in this life except for the promise that when we place our lives in God's hands, He will always illuminate the course we should be taking. God gives us free will, so He cannot choose the paths we take for us. However, when we place our trust in Him, we can be confident that He will be with us and guide us through life, even when we cannot understand His plans. Ultimately, when we have fulfilled His purpose on this earth, He guides us to where we belong- home with Him.
