Love this! I could make many different conclusions on what feeling this evokes in me. One minute, I am feeling a mixture of sadness and happiness, and then the next, I want to start singing, "The skies will come out tomorrow...bet your bottom dollar that tomorrow...." Very very nice painting!

Thank you so much Kelly. I love this tree, and it is my dad's favorite tree. It stands alone in a wide field near Hume, NY. I have often wondered how long it has stood there, what it has seen, and what it has survived.

Thank you Tayla! This is my father's favorite tree. It sits alone in a large field in Hume, NY not far from where my grandparents lived. I love trees because they are survivors. They brave the elements and withstand the test of time. They mark history and help rejuvenate the earth. In their age they become more majestic.
